From the onset of their vision to provide for luxury class travel, Dennix was on hand to offer the best possible solution to acheiving the goal of a fast and reliable reservation system. We overviewed the entire procedure from the point of view of a sale representative in the office and from that of a client making the reservation. We designed a system that ensures a fast and convenient process to expedite the process of creating a reservation. This design allowed for maximum through put to minimize the costs associated with generating a reservation.
Once we had a working system we began the process of enchancing the functionality to provide for an even better system with more options. We created an online portion to the reservation system which reduced costs even further. We extended the product line by offering an additional class of travel. We introduced additional ticket types to allow clients more options for cost savings. We created holiday scheduling which allowed for an even greater ability to create and enhance scheduling. Finally, we extended the system to provide for discount offers.
